Hi, I’m Jin.

I track early signals, then build to understand them.

Here’s how I do it.

I test ideas against real work, then watch where the trade-offs show up.

  1. 01

    Track

Early signals while they are still unclear and messy.

I track how emerging technologies, including AI, change what teams can make and what makes them worth adopting.

  2. 02

    Build

Real tools and working prototypes to learn what they actually change.

I ship proofs of concept to see how those early signals affect teams, organisations, and digital systems.

  3. 03

    Understand

Their second and third-order effects on teams and organisations.

I identify the trade-offs, unintended consequences, and strategic bets that matter.

Applied AI in practice

AI work here starts from the parts demos usually skip: confidential data, uneven adoption, messy files, cost, latency, and the cognitive debt these tools can create. What matters is whether an AI model can become a tool people can inspect, trust, and use in actual work.
