Why it existed
Relatus started as my NTU capstone project. Our team worked with SACS Employment Support Services on a real operational problem in vocational rehabilitation, where the software had to fit an existing service rather than a classroom-only brief.
The friction it answered
SACS needed a system that fit how the team actually worked. Resource management, reporting, and analysis become hard when operational data is scattered or forced into the wrong tool.
What was built
A bespoke PHP system for client operations, reporting, analysis, and resource management.
What it left behind
This was my first real encounter with client management as a software development partner. It taught me that building the system was only one part of the work; understanding the client's operating model, clarifying needs, and keeping trust with the people using it mattered just as much.
